Apostille Help
Need a document authenticated for another country? I notarize your document, submit it to the Texas Secretary of State for an apostille and return it to you. State fees and notarizations are included.

How do I get an apostille in Texas?
Apostilles are issued only by the Texas Secretary of State. An apostille authenticates a Texas document for use in a country that belongs to the Hague Apostille Convention.
Documents that require notarization, such as powers of attorney and affidavits, are notarized first. I then complete the Request for Universal Apostille (Form 2102) and submit the package to the Secretary of State.
Vital records, such as birth and marriage certificates, must be certified copies issued by the office of record before an apostille can be requested.
