What is a field inspection assignment?
Mortgage servicers and insurance companies often require local verification that a property is occupied, along with current photographs. I accept these assignments throughout my service area.
I follow each company's checklist, capture the required photographs and report my observations. Assessments of condition, repairs or value are outside the scope of this service.
